When you publish a work built on other people's data, the licence of the starting data limits the licences under which the result can be released. This matrix, taken from the CNR-IFAC License Checker, shows for nine open data licences (Creative Commons, IODL, ODbL, CDLA) which combinations are compatible according to the Docs Italia guidelines, with the annotations that explain their conditions.
